I’m Isabel Chun, a Pratt Institute MFA graduate and graphic designer based in New York. Originally from Seoul, 4 years ago, I’ve brought my creative journey from San Francisco to New York,
where I specialize in graphic design, illustration, branding, book design, video, and motion graphics. With a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, I create designs that are both visually compelling and conceptually strong.
Whether it’s designing a brand identity, creating dynamic motion graphics, or crafting beautifully laid-out books, I bring bold ideas to life that resonate and inspire. Let’s make something extraordinary together.

This project showcased my ability to create a cohesive and dynamic brand identity that truly speaks to its target audience.

︎ Visual Identity

Visual Identity design for Seoul Metro Station, the motif of this identity was taken from the Seoul station’s roof. The triangular roof turned into a circular dome, transforming the structure into a square building. The circular dome has undergone several repairs, resulting in multiple layers overlapping, more than the squares and triangles.

Airline promotion project:
A long-distance couple planning to meet on the 21st, but a miscommunication occurs: the woman thinks it's December 21st, the man believes it's January 21st. This narrative showcases the unpredictability of long-distance relationships and serves as an advertisement for airline services, emphasizing their ability to bring loved ones together.

Poster Series- Underground Hitchhiker

Underground Hitchhiker symbolizes the spirit of challenge and solidarity that drives us even beneath the surface. This poster captures the dynamic urban energy of New York by portraying not only the bustling scenes above ground but also the everyday hustle of catching the subway below. By incorporating elements such as wheelchairs and elevators, it visually communicates a message of diversity and inclusion, emphasizing that everyone should have equal access to mobility and participation.
